1. Nasi Lemak
basically it was the most popular food in Malaysia,
-rice that cooked with coconut milk
-sambal paste
-boiled egg
-cucumber
-anchovies
-nuts
the taste is very delicious, maybe it have different taste in all the place all over the Malaysia because of the sambal paste but still best in Malaysia
2.Nasi Kerabu
This food is a traditional kelantan dish, what the most intereting about this food is, the rice was coloured with the blue ocean colour that was found from kind of the flowering plants, it also rich with ulam(fresh vegetable), rustle, also with fried fish or special sambal paste fish. If you go to the Kelantan,you got to try this.
3. Satay
Okay, satay is one of my fovourite food, because i like meat, it was made by chicken or beef that cut into a small piece and stick it before roasted with charcoal...the taste is like BBQ meat, and it was served with sambal kacang paste, and the most unique it also served by ketupat(rice taht put in leaf that already be weave. MEAT lover got to try this
4. Laksa
Laksa, is traditional food from Kedah, you can see its like noodle soup, but actually it was slightly difference, the soup was made by fish that been steam and some special spice. the noodle also special because it more chewy and spongy, it can be taste spicy.
5. Roti Canai
Some say it from India, but some said it was from Malaysia, but the argued stop when they explaind that the bun(roti) was originally from India, but the menu of Roti Canai is Originally from Malaysia, becase you cant get it in India, by the way the taste is delicioso. It was served with curry, sambal paste, or dal, you choose your flava.
6. Mee Bandung
Originally not from Bandung, Indonesia, maybe it just a name, but it was made fom Muar,Johor, the soup was cooked with the sambal paste and nuts, the taste is totally differences than any noodle, it also cooked with a prawn because the taste of the prawn will make the soup more juicy
7. Nasi Ayam
This food is originally served with chicken, and special chilies sauce and soya bean sauces, the rice also cooked with ginger and the water from chicken that been boiled.
